Simplifying Your PCMH 2017 Recognition with Prevalidation

Dear Centricity™ Practice Solution and Centricity EMR Customers:

The National Committee of Quality Assurance (NCQA) Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) is a model of operational excellence for primary care practices seeking to increase the quality of care they provide to their patients. Those practices who achieve NCQA PCMH 2017 recognition may also be eligible to receive payment incentives for their status.  GE Healthcare has taken steps to reduce the administrative burden for your practice to achieve recognition for PCMH 2017 from NCQA.

Centricity Practice Solution 12-12.3 and Centricity EMR 9.8-9.12 are PCMH prevalidated by NCQA to receive auto-credit toward NCQA’s PCMH 2017 scoring.
